Summary:
|
(Item #17) MDUSD, through the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Section 504 process, uses NPAs to provide specialized health care services. Services include diabetic monitoring, catheterization, and other medically prescribed procedures. NPA assist the District in assuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The NPA contract provides the costs required at this time for the 2013-2014 school year. This contract is not to exceed $108,004.00.
