Summary:
|
Assuming the Board of Education affirms and approves the facility enhancement projects prioritized and submitted by Ygnacio Valley High School, District staff is recommending that a contract for the provision of all necessary CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) related services be awarded as soon as possible. Staff has negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $47,440.00 (inclusive of all reimbursable expenses) be awarded to LSA Associates, Inc. for the provision of comprehensive environmental consulting services related to this project including the preparation of the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, Notice of Determination as well as the provision of on-going project management services. The budget for this particular project is $537,500.00.
