Summary: On January 18, 2013, in Open Session discussion regarding the Consideration of Two Cure and Correct Demands, the Board decided that the five district administrators’ contracts should be reviewed and corrected by outside counsel and then brought forward to the public for comment and for Board discussion and action. Board President Hansen contacted Roy Combs, attorney with Fagen, Friedman, and Fulfrost, who is still in the review process. The initial goal was to place those contracts on the February 25, 2013 Board meeting; however, the process is taking longer than planned due to Mr. Combs’ schedule and the need for additional information. Mr. Combs has not yet presented the Board with revised contracts which means the timeline for posting will be delayed until the March 11, 2013 meeting
