Staff has worked with Bond Counsel in a review/update of existing bylaws and is requesting that revised bylaws be adopted for the 2002 Measure C Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee. The final date regarding the commencement of terms in Section 5.4 will be established when the Committee has been established and approved by the Board of Education.
