Summary: The purpose of this Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) is to evaluate environmental consequences that would result from the construction and operation of the Aquatic Center at Northgate High School. As required by Section 15126 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, this IS/MND addresses those issues which have been identified as having potentially significant impacts due to the proposed project: aesthetics, air quality, biological resources, cultural resources, geology and soils, hazards and hazardous materials, hydrology and water quality, noise, utilities and service systems, and mandatory findings of significance.

The Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and made available for public review through the Districts Webpage.
