Summary: The District is requesting a revision of the job description for Benefits Specialist and to change the job from the CST Bargaining Unit to the Confidential Unit.

The incumbent in this position performs highly technical and confidential work including working with each bargaining units on their health benefits. Moving this position to the Confidential Unit more accurately describes the duties involved with this position.
