Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #13-14 be expelled from all regular schools of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #13-14 apply for readmission after March 25, 2014. It is required that Student #13-14 participates in 20 hours of counseling to address inappropriate sexual behavior; complete 30 hours of community service; write letters of apology to the victims and show evidence of a successful school experience and earn 50 credits, prior to readmission.
