Summary
:
MDUSD, through the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process, uses Non Public Agencies to serve students in various related services. The contracts were originally approved on June 30, 2009 by the Board
Due to changes in the level of services for each student as required by the IEP, administrative placement or new placement, services can be changed or added. The Educational Support Services contract for the 2009-2010 school year needs to be increased by $147,000.
