Summary: Remove two existing contaminated swamp coolers that are structurally unsafe, unhealthy, and currently disabled. Replace with four new HVAC units to provide safe ventilation, air conditioning, and healthy air quality in the Transportation Mechanics Shop.

Several proposals were requested. Big Air Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is the most cost effective with a quote of $53,296.00 for all equipment and labor.
