Summary:
|
On March 25, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1826 to Pinguelo Construction, Inc., in the amount of $105,000.00 for the Window Replacements at specified District sites. During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required. 1. Added laminated glass on the Academic Wing & stairwells. 2. Added panes to Shop Building including window film. The final charge order will result in a contract value of $113,298.98, an increase of $8,298.98 which is an increase of 7.90% of the original contract.
