Summary
:
Rio Vista Elementary School would like to implement a four-week High Intensity English Language Summer Academy to accelerate the English language learning and literacy development of English learners. They are proposing to retain the services of Clark Consulting and Training, Inc. to provide specialized services to support the design and implementation of the Summer Academy. See the attached contract proposal for more information.
