Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Inspector of Record (Project Inspector) are required to oversee, inspect and to verify that the installation of the new middle school science classroom buildings and portable building replacement projects at various sites are conducted in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations. Staff solicited and received no less than 3 proposals from several Project Inspectors in November 2013. Staff is recommending that a contract be awarded to Alisha Jensen Inspection for a "not to exceed” fee of $173,000.00 for the provision of said services.
