:
If the Board concurs, on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, it should take the following actions: Student #10-10 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #10-10 may apply for readmission after June 14, 2010. It is required that Student #10-10 participate in 30 hours of individual counseling to address Decision Making, 30 hours of community service, the COPS Program for drug offenders; and show evidence of a successful school experience. The Student must earn 50 credits prior to applying for readmission; participate in the District's Drug and Alcohol Workshop and show evidence of negative drug testing.
