Summary
:
The attached MOU was Board approved on January 12, 2010. The MOU between the Contra Costa Special Education Local Plan Area and Mt. Diablo Unified School to calculate the actual exchange of revenue for placements. The MOU includes payment for additional assistants when required by the IEP. Attached is an agreement for a One to One Assistant for the 2011-12 school year.
