Summary
:
Request for Board ratification of $38,121.46 for East Bay Pool Service to purchase and install one new Lochinvar CPN1442 commercial pool heater at College Park High School. East Bay Pool Service maintains and services the district pools on contract and they recommended immediate replacement of the existing pool heater due to frequent costly equipment failures. The pool heater purchase was considered outside of the normal scope of the existing maintenance contract awarded to East Bay Pool Service on RFP# 1732.
