L/LB #1642 was called to provide Remodeling of the Art Classroom at Northgate High School. The lowest responsible bidder was E.F. Brett & Company, Inc., for the award amount of $267,917.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: Remodeling the Art Classroom from the existing Auto and Metal Shop, and appurtenant facilities to be performed on portions of the School Site.
There was a deductive change order on this project in the amount of $12,758.00. Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed, according to the District's Drawings and Specifications, for a total expenditure of $255,159.00.
