Summary:
|
The staff recommends that student #08-10 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that student #08-10 may apply for readmission after January 29, 2010.
It is required that Student #08-10 participate in individual counseling to address decision making, community services, the COPS Program for property offenders, participate in the counseling program with the Contra Costa County Fire Department (the cost of the damage to be billed to the parents by the District), and show evidence of a successful school experience prior to applying for readmission.
