Summary: The Contra Costa Water District has requested a non-exclusive, permanent and non-assignable additional easement to install fire service improvements at Gregory Gardens Elementary school.

Following the process under Section 17566 of the Education Code regarding dedication of easements to any public entity, the Board of Education approved the Resolution of Intent to Dedication an Easement at Gregory Gardents Elementary on June 15, 2010. A public hearing and request for Board action on this resolution is now being presented.
