Summary: On June 3, 2013 the Board of Education awarded Lease Leaseback Agreement #1640 to Landmark Construction, Inc. for a Guaranteed Maximum Project Cost of $384,771.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete modernization of the S-Wing, shop building 1300, into a weight room, sports medicine room and ceramics studio at Ygnacio Valley High School.

As a result of unused contract contingency, a single, final deductive change order in the amount of ($3,193.24) is necessary. This single, final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $381,577.76. Final change order represents a decrease of .83% to original contract value.
