Summary: On October 8, 2012, the Board approved an Independent Service Contract for Events to the T, Inc., an event planning service, for their Junior/Senior Prom to be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013. The total amount approved at that time was $30,000. Events to the T has submitted the final invoice with an increase of $10,792.50 due to additions requested by the student body (unlimited photo booth and tissue dance). This brings the total amount of services to $40,792.50
