The City of Clayton is requesting an easement for public ingress and egress as well as the construction and maintenance of a new driveway/parking lot access and associated drainage improvements at Diablo View Middle School.
Pursuant to the process and obligations specified under Section 17556 of the California Education Code regarding dedication of easements to any public entity, the Board of Education approved the Resolution of Intent to Dedicate an Easement to the City of Clayton on March 1, 2011.
