Summary:
|
The staff recommends that Student # 25-10 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 25-10 be placed at Golden Gate Community School.
It is required that Student # 25-10 participate in individual counseling to address decision making and drug issues, community service, the COPS Program for drug offenders, participate in the District's Drug/Alcohol Workshop, show evidence of a negative drug test, and show evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions, 2.0 minimum GPA, and earn 60 credits prior to applying for readmission after February 23, 2011.
