Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #21-12 be expelled from all schools of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #21-12 may apply for readmission after March 26, 2013. It is required that Student #21-12 participates in a minimum of 20 hours of individual counseling to address individual decision making skills; complete 30 hours of community service; complete the California Offender Program Services (COPS) for Aggressive Offenders; and show evidence of a successful school experience to include good attendance, no suspendible behavior infractions, a minimum of a C average, and 30 credits earned, prior to applying for readmission.
