Summary:
|
On February 25, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1813 to Goodland Landscape Construction Inc., in the amount of $751,946.00 to facilitate the Oak Grove Middle School Field Renovation Project.
During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required to facilitate unforeseen electrical upgrade to the irrigation pump, as well as added scope to enhance the projects such as infield material, added asphalt and header on the walking path as well as concrete flooring in the dugouts.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $769,470.00, an increase of $17,524.00 which is an increase of 2.33% of the original contract.
