Summary: On January 18, 2013, in Open Session discussion regarding the Consideration of Two Cure and Correct Demands, the Board decided that the five district administrators’ contracts should be reviewed and corrected by outside counsel and then brought forward to the public for comment and for Board discussion and action. Board President Hansen has contacted Fagen, Friedman, and Fulfrost attorney Roy Combs about providing that service with the initial goal of placing those contracts on the February 25, 2013 Board meeting.
