This is a continuation of Agenda Item 14.3 first presented at the January 14, 2013 Regular Board Meeting. During the January 14th meeting, the Board voted (4-1-0) on a motion from Trustee Mayo to “table the action on this item - both the Lack and Minyen complaints - until the Board has another Closed Session under Anticipated Litigation”. This Closed Session was held on January 18, 2013 prior to this Open Session.
• Consideration of Wendy Lack’s Cure and Correct Demand
o Summary: Ms. Lack’s hand-delivered letter dated December 10, 2012 demands that the MDUSD Board cure and correct actions taken regarding employment contracts for five district administrators. (Letter attached)
