Summary On May 21, 2012, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1603 to Carone and Company, Inc. for $601,000 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete site work, demolition and construction necessary for new utility infrastructure improvements at College Park High School.

As a result of the need to 1) add concrete flat work to improve site drainage; and 2) facilitate work necessary to install a new PG&E utility pole, a final change order in the amount of $39,953.00 is necessary. The single, final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $637,953.
