Summary: The District entered into a Real Property Lease Agreements with the Contra Costa County Office of Education at Woodside Elementary and Ygnacio Valley High School to provide classroom space for the County to provide Special Education Programs.

The current agreements terminate on June 30, 2011, and are up for renewal.
Funding: N/A
Fiscal Impact None. The annual "rent" remains at $1.00 for each site in addition to monthly utility charges.
Recommendation: Authorize real property lease agreement renewals with the Contra Costa County Office of Education for continued placement of their relocatable buildings at Woodside Elementary and Ygnacio Valley High School for a period of one (1) year with automatic renewals each year fro five (5) additional years.
