Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Inspector of Record (Project Inspector) are required to oversee, inspect and to verify that the installation of the new Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the sites identified in Phase I of the 2010 Measure C HVAC implementation plan is conducted in full compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Staff is recommending that a contract be awarded to Alisha Jensen for a not to exceed fee of $27,200.00 for the provision of said services. Project sites included in this contract include Ayers ES, Sun Terrace ES, Sequoia ES,Mt. Diablo ES, Foothill MS, Valley View MS, Loma Vista Adult Center and the administrative building at Concord HS.
