Summary: Approve the Interagency Agreement between Contra Costa County Mental Health Services - Behavioral Health Services Division/Mental Health to establish a set of working guidelines and procedures between Mental Health through its Educationally Related Mental Health Services Program (ERMHS) and the Local Education Agency to provide educationally related mental health services to Med-Cal eligible children with disabilities in compliance with Federal and State laws governing each agency.
Funding: Mt. Diablo Unified School District $2,200,000 - Budget 1656 for ERMHS students
Fiscal Impact Amount is already budgeted for 2012-2013 school year. No additional funds are requested at this time.
Recommendation: Approve Interagency Agreement as presented.
