Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 31-10 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 31-10 may apply for readmission after January 21, 2011.
It is also required that Student # 31-10 participate in individual counseling, community service,the COPS Program, the District's Teen Drug/Alcohol Workshop, a negative drug test, and show evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions and 45 credits earned with a C average prior to applying for readmission.
