By law, school districts are required to "sunshine" collective bargaining proposals in an open session of the Board. The attached proposal from Mt. Diablo School Psychologist Association (MDSPA) must first be submitted as an information item and then returned at a later meeting for action. The Board's Successor Agreement proposal is also attached for public presentation.
