The Governing Board of Mt. Diablo Unified School District declares that the district has been unable to recruit enough day-to-day substitute teachers who have had an opportunity to take and pass the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST). The district anticipates employing 150 day-to-day substitutes on variable term CBEST Waivers for the 2014-2015 school year.
