Summary: This position will ensure the grounds and buildings are cleaned, maintained, and that year round service is provided to our school sites. Due to vacancies resulting from inside promotion, the need to fill this position with an interim is immediate. An open recruitment process will follow.

This management position is funded with the elimination of a current management positon in the transportation department (a bus driver trainer) and will supervise landscaping, custodial and security personnel. There will be a differential in pay of approximately $25,000 to be offset by Operational department funds.

A candidate has been selected to fill the position of Interim Manager, Building & Grounds.
Funding: General Fund.
Fiscal Impact This position is budgeted and funded within the General Fund.
