Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #05-12 be expelled from all schools and programs of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #05-12 may apply for readmission after November 8, 2012. It is required that Student #05-12 participates in 40 hours of individual counseling to address decision making skills and social behavior, attend COPS Program for Aggression, 30 hours of community service, and show evidence of a successful school experience with 2.0 GPA and no suspendible behavior infraction, prior to applying for readmission.
