Summary:
|
SBX3 4 provides limited fiscal flexibility for the fiscal years 2010-2011 through 2012-13 to allow school districts to utilized funding received from the state budget act for "Tier 3" categorical programs for any educational purpose. As a condition of receipt of the funding, a public hearing on utilization of the flexibility is required annually concurrent with the adoption of the budget.
