Summary
:
A requirement of the Special Education Consent Decree is a computer based Special Education Management Information System (MIS). Staff has reviewed vendors and now recommends the San Joaquin County Office of Education for Special Education Information System known as SEIS. Approval of this contract will allow the district to implement the system in 2010-2011.

Not to exceed $60,000 in 2010-2011. Cost in subsequent years not to exceed $25,000.
