Summary
:
Mt. Diablo Adult Education requests permission to amend its existing, previously amended and approved, contract with the Contra Costa Workforce Development Board for the purpose of adult education providing additional Microsoft Office Training to clients of the Senior Employment program and the addition of Building Performance Institute (BPI) Training through adult education programs, commencing with Pittsburg Adult Education. As previously delineated in contract with Workforce Development Board, Mt. Diablo Unified School District/Adult Education will serve as the lead agency and will enter into a MOU with other adult schools for the BPI training services.

Fiscal Impact
:
The new payment limit of the contract would be increased to $281,676.

:
Approve Mt. Diablo Adult Education amending its current contract with Contra Costa Workforce Development Board and Memorandums of Understanding with other adult schools, commencing with Pittsburg Adult Education.
