Summary: Lease/Leaseback #1641 was called to provide the Remodel of Building 100,Science Center, at Ygnacio Valley High School. The L/LB was issued to Landmark Construction for a Guaranteed Maximum Cost of $2,175,372.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: Provide all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete modernization of Building 100, Science Center, at Ygnacio Valley High School. Design phase included staff and students at the site resulting in a completely remodeled interior space to provide an enhanced learning experience. Work included but was not limited to, demolition of existing walls, flooring, ceiling, utilities and reuse of some of the existing casework as it relates to the Drawings and Specifications.

There was a change order on this project in the amount of ($20,845.64). Work and services for this project has been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $2,154,526.36.
