Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Inspector of Record (Project Inspector) are required to oversee, inspect and verify that the modernization of the S-Wing at Mt. Diablo High School is conducted in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
Pursuant to the June 17, 2013 'Resolution for Authorization to Award Summer Contracts', staff is recommending ratification of an award of a contract to Alisha Jenson Inspection Services for a 'not to exceed' fee of $32,640.00 for the provision of said services.
