Summary: By law, school districts are required to "sunshine" collective bargaining proposals in an open session of the Board. The attached proposals from CSEA and Mt. Diablo Unified School District must first be submitted as an information item and then submit later for action. We are requesting that this item be brought forward for information and action at this Board meeting.
