Summary: By law, school districts are required to "sunshine" collective bargaining proposals in an open session of the Board. The attached proposals from Mt. Diablo School Psychologist Association (MDSPA) and Mt. Diablo Unified School District must first be submitted as an information item and then returned at a later meeting for action.
