Summary: On April 22, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1825 to JPB Design, Inc. for the Painting Summer 2019 Package 2 Project at Hidden Valley Elementary School, Westwood Elementary School and Oak Grove Middle School. The contractor has completed all work under bid 1825 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.

Original Contract Value: $276,700.00
Change Order Additive: $27,000.00
Final Contract Value: $303,700.00
Funding: Resource Code 9010 – Measure C 2010, Board Approved 12/17/2018
Fiscal Impact No additional funds requested; the project total has been budgeted.
