Summary: A copy of the contract for District Superintendent, Dr. Robert A. Martinez is attached. This position will begin August 19, 2019 and will continue through June 30, 2022.
Funding: General Fund
Fiscal Impact The contract's annual base salary is $277,000, with at $2,000 stipend for his doctorate, payable monthly, and the Superintendent will receive the same benefits as other management employees in addition to a $300 per month flat reimbursement for automobile mileage and a $200,000 term life insurance policy with the District as beneficiary for $25,000.
