Summary: The salary administration article for the Classified Union Contracts for Teamsters, Local No. 856, CSEA, Mt. Diablo Chapter 43, CST, Local 1/AFSCME and the Supervisory Unit have added a new section to define; "Base pay as the hourly rate of pay" and "Enhanced Base Pay as Base Pay plus special compensation items".
