Summary:

The services of a State Certified Inspector of Record (Project Inspector) are required to support the site development/utility infrastructure and the construction of the new 'smart' classrooms at College Park and Concord High Schools. Staff is receommending that a contract be awarded to Alisha Jensen for a not to exceed fee of $34,000.00 for the provision of said services. The budget for this project is $2,293,850.00.
