| New Motion | | Member Cheryl Hansen Moved, Member Linda Mayo seconded to approve the New motion 'Approve that Student #09-17 be expelled from all regular schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #09-17 may apply for readmission after February 27, 2018. It is required that Student #09-17 participates in 20 hours of counseling, 30 hours of community service, attend California Offender Program Service (COPS) – Alcohol/Drug Offender Class, MDUSD Saturday Workshop for alcohol/drug, student will pass a clean drug test and show evidence of a successful school experience to include 90% attendance, no suspendible behavior infractions, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and earn at least 50 credits, prior to applying for readmission. School placement of Student #09-17 will be determined by Student Services.'.
