Summary: In order to efficiently process fingerprinting costs for all new employees and volunteers, the Human Resource Department is requesting an Open Purchase Order in the amount of $125,000 to facilitate payment of the billings from the Department of Justice for the 2019-2020 school year.

All new employees reimburse the District for the cost of their fingerprinting through a payroll deduction. Volunteers pay at the time of fingerprinting services.
Funding: New employee and volunteer reimbursement.
