Bid No. 1593 was called to provide Window Replacement at College Park High School. The lowest responsible, responsive bidder is ABG Group, for the total amount of $299,400.00. (Base bid: $290,000.00, Alternate #1: $9,400.00)
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of existing window wall systems at three buildings (H,J and Library). Work includes selective demolition of existing window wall and door systems, protection, minor framing and installation of new windows. Work is anticipated to include site preparation, hazardous materials removal, framing and finishes for complete package at College Park High School.
The engineer's estimate for this project is $324,000.00
