Summary:
|
County warrant issued to Judith Randolph for extra compensation was not presented to the County Treasurer for payment within six months of date of issue and consequently void. Replacement is limited to two years from the date of the original warrant becomes void as per Government code 29802, unless the Board directs reissuance of the warrant. A new warrant is requested to be issued to the payee in replacement for the void warrant.
